The aim of specialized training courses is to qualify and prepare a skilled workforce in professions, jobs, and specializations needed by various sectors of the job market. This involves distributing trainees immediately after graduation to the requesting employers, meaning that the trainee is already familiar with their workplace upon joining the training course.

Designing programs for these courses requires following specific technical methods, as they belong to a certain type of programs referred to as Tailored-made Programs, designed specifically to meet specific training needs that align with the job description of the profession or position being trained for.

  1. : Three parties are involved in the design of these programs

    . Training Coordination Management.
. The institution responsible for the training process (Training Institute).
. The requesting party (job market).

Trainees are qualified in these courses according to two levels of qualification:
The first level is the (technical) level, which is accepted by students who have obtained a high school diploma or its equivalent. They undergo a training period that extends over two training years with four training semesters.

The second level of qualification is the (assistant technician) level, accepted by students who have obtained a middle school certificate without a high school diploma. They undergo training for one training year with two training semesters.

These courses are often conducted in the evening and graduates are appointed to the fifth grade of the technical level and the seventh grade of the assistant technical level. Graduates may also receive additional bonuses from appointment grade bonuses for some professions and specializations.

Within the framework of the previous concept, the philosophy of specialized training courses is defined in the following main points: a complete connection between actual market needs and training planning to meet the labor market needs with a trained workforce according to specified qualifications capable of performing the required tasks immediately after the trainees complete their training courses. The flexibility for continuous development of training programs to keep up with professional changes is emphasized, ensuring optimal investment in the potentials of training institutes. These course programs focus on practical aspects as well as the necessary theoretical knowledge to provide trainees with the skills and capabilities required for their profession at various levels in the job market. Trainees are given practical training in work sites to familiarize them with the actual work environment, and the training courses cover a variety of areas including the following:-

Artistic and technological fields
Administrative, office, and secretarial work fields
Service sector fields
Medical and health support fields
Agricultural field
