Responsibilities of the Training Coordination Supervisor

  1.  Implementing the workflow plan for management, considering the desired goals.
  2. Participating in identifying needs, preparing budgets, human resources, and material needs for departments and management.
     
  3.  Considering employees' suggestions that would enhance performance, as well as addressing their problems and needs.
  4.  Participating in evaluating employees' performance on regular basis.
  5.  Monitoring the implementation of various administrative decisions.
  6. Communicating with counterpart educational institutions and external entities regarding the management's responsibilities and specialties.

  7. Participating in preparing statistics and studies related to the tasks and specialties of the management.
  8. Preparing regular reports on activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement and submitting them to the manager.

  9. Acting manager with authorities and specialties in case of the manager absence due to vacation or an official assignment.
