The institute follows a semester system consisting of four training semesters proceeded by a foundation semester (zero course,) and concluding with an 8-week field training period. The training program includes a set of courses aimed at equipping trainees with skills that qualify them for a technical level in their specialization upon graduation. The focus of the program is on practical aspects, complemented by the necessary theoretical knowledge to provide trainees with the skills and abilities required for various professional levels in the job market.
The institute contains five specialized scientific departments. The trainees are assigned to these departments after completing the foundation semester in accordance with the requirements of the job market, this is done through prior coordination with these parties. Each department includes several specialized programs, offered regularly and on demand from the job market. The training programs for various specializations are designed by the specialized scientific departments in collaboration with different establishments in the private and public job market to align with ongoing technological developments. In addition, the institute has two supporting departments aimed at providing trainees with foundational knowledge and essential skills as an entry point to specialized programs.
