Specializations |
1- Receive studies, research and reports intended to be issued in organised regulations and formulate them in the form of regulations, in light of other applicable laws and regulations.
2- Revising and reviewing the Authority's regulations and proposing ways to amend them in light of new regulations and laws.
3- Skin dyeing and generalisations.
4- Preparing and reviewing the legal drafting of contracts and agreements that the Authority knows with other parties and legal follow - up of any problems that may arise that hinder their implementation.
5- Representing the Authority in committees concerned with studying laws.
6- Legal review of draft decisions before issuing them to ensure their integrity and that they do not conflict with the laws and applicable regulations.
7- Receiving grievances, studying their causes, expressing an opinion on them, analysing them, extracting their indicators, and recommending what is necessary to address them.
8- Follow up the Authority's rights with third parties, whether government agencies, contracting individuals, or any other parties.
9- Rising cases and initiating lawsuits through which the Authority preserves its rights against others.
10- Investigating the facts and violations attributed to the Authority's employees and referred by the Director General of his delegate.
11- Preparing the estimated budget and annual plan for the administration's activities and submitting them to the Director General.
12- Preparing periodic follow - up reports on the department's activities and submitting them to the Director General.
13- Preparing appropriate proposals to develop management activities.
