The Civil Engineering Technology Department at the College of Technological Studies recorded a remarkable presence, with a total of 11 participations including scientific posters and research papers, achieving four awards: First and Third Place for Best Poster, in addition to two awards in scientific publishing.

Professor Fahad Al-Otaibi participated with two scientific posters, one of which won Third Place for Best Poster, in addition to a research paper that received the Scientific Publishing Award in journals ranked within the QS classification for Arab universities. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Hilal also received the Scientific Publishing Award for a research paper published in a Q1-ranked journal. |

Engineer Dalal Issa Al-Masri participated with two scientific posters in the fields of Structural Engineering and Hydrological Engineering. The first poster studied the effect of mechanically treated recycled asphalt aggregate on shear resistance in concrete, while the second focused on groundwater dynamic modeling and estimating the interaction between surface water and groundwater at the Lake Spotswood site in Australia. |
