EBN
ALHAITHAM In-SERVICE TRAINING CENTER is contributing to the
mission of training sector by offering In-Service courses to all the
state employees. These courses have particularly been designed to
develop ideas, increase information and skills necessary for careers
to raise productivity in the line with the recent development in
various areas of specialization. EBN ALHAITHAM Center is one of the
main channels which are working to achieve the objectives of
PAAET in terms of producing national manpower, |

developing skills of workers of
different sectors or converting and directing some non-required
professionals to the profession required. This justification is
achieved by refining the employees according to the latest
development and improvement in the field, which is achieved through: |

A
handout consisting of the courses to be offered in the scholastic
is dispatched to all the public and private sector. The handout
contains list of the programs, its objectives, academic contents
and methods of training and a detailed time table.

These are specially designed courses which are administered for
the employers who request particular training courses according to
their needs in view of the level of the profession for training
their staff. These courses are tailored according to the
objectives of the programs, types of programs at administrative
levels (senior management, middle management, supervisors, and
executive management).

There are special
programs in the field of finance and administration, training,
computer, technical and vocational, law, English language and
others.

The
Ebn Alhaitham Centre
is keen to invite teachers and professors having experience
in the field of training from PAAET and outside. It is also
inviting the specialist expertise of different areas from
internationally renowned universities to offer special training
programs. It is practiced to take advantage of knowledge of the
expertise and to provide best possible knowledge to the
participants sponsored by the employers.

The
Ebn Alhaitham Centre
often conducts evaluation of its training programs
by distributing the questionnaires to trainees at the end of the
programs as well as to those who completed training six months
ago, to measure the effectiveness of training and benefit from
the programs during which they participated.

Through this evaluation in any
deficiency is noticed in the programs the programs are improved
and developed from all aspects.
